House Rules


Why are these House Rules? Because for SOME people, things are not that obvious or they have a different culture or have not lived with other people before. When 2 or more people are sharing a space, it automatically becomes necessary to respect each and find a common understanding
Most people like to have rules in place. It saves a lot of pent up frustrations and inner blood boiling.

Who are these House Rules for? These House Rules (Rules) must be followed by all residents staying in our property.

What happens if House rules not followed? Any breach or violation of these Rules will amount to a breach of the Resident T&C entered and may trigger Bhstay rights to terminate the agreement. These rules may be updated from time to time by Bhstay at its sole discretion.

Care of the Premise:
  • Keep the house quiet between 10 PM – 9 AM.
  • Don´t leave your personal things in the common area. It can be mistaken for being communal and be broken or misplaced.
  • Vandalism is a serious offence. Vandalism shall mean and include any and all acts of destruction, damage, and/or defacement of any asset or property owned by BHSTAY. The residents found guilty of committing such an offence can be evicted from the property immediately and be required to pay all costs incurred by BHSTAY due to such damage or destruction
Security & Safety
  • The residents shall not leave the gates open while leaving the premises. The resident will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property of BHSTAY due to such negligence
  • BHSTAY is not responsible for loss of any private property. The residents are strongly advised to keep secure and lock all their valuables e.g. mobile phones, laptop, watches, money etc. at all times.
Betting and Gambling
  • Betting and Gambling by any means is strictly prohibited in the House.
Respect & Dignity
  • BHSTAY treats all its employees including housekeeping, security and chefs with dignity and respect. It is expected that the residents also uphold this principle in their dealings with all BHSTAY employees, representatives and service providers.
  • All residents must respect the personal beliefs of other residents, such that no resident hurts any religious sentiments, beliefs, or practices in any way whatsoever.
  • The residents should not behave in any manner which is deemed to be offensive by the neighbours or by the society either in the premises or in the neighbouring areas surrounding the premises.
Water & Electricity Consumption
  • Water & Electricity should be used judiciously. The residents should report any water leakages to the security/building manager as soon as the same is noticed.
